Return Policy
Our return policy is a "No-Hassle" guarantee. If for any reason at any time you are not satisfied with your products, you may return them. All we ask that you contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping it back. By phone 800-932-8588 or returns@eMedDecorandMore.com.

Please be sure to write the RA number on the exterior of the box. Package returns carefully and include information to assist us in processing your return or exchange.
Refunds will be promptly issued via the payment method used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are generally not refundable.
Cancellations
eMedDecor and More also understands there may be times when it is necessary for you to cancel an order. Orders can be cancelled at any time until the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, the Return Policy is then in effect. Please contact eMedDecor by phone at 1-800-932-8588 between 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, or e-mail service@eMedDecorandMore.com to cancel your order. In order for us to better assist you with the order cancellation process, please have your order number available.
Payment Terms
All prices referenced on the eMedDecor and More site are listed in US dollars. All orders will have shipping charges and sales tax added, where applicable. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. Indemnity
User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless eMedDecor and More, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and any third party information suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation by the USER of the foregoing terms and conditions.
Applicable Law
User agrees that any dispute or controversy regarding this Web Site User Agreement shall be governed, interpreted and construed by Ohio law and any dispute or controversy hereunder shall be prosecuted exclusively in courts located in Pickaway County, Ohio.
